Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Products must be:
  • In their original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

1. Initiating a Return:
   Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@indopakpantry.com with your order number and details of the issue.

2. Approval:
   Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours at info@indopakpantry.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
2. After review, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled without penalty if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, our return and refund policy applies.
